Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 5,90 € per order.
From an order value of 49 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:
Zone 0 - 5,90 € (Austria, Poland) From an order value of €49 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Zone 1 - 6.95 € (France, Italy, Spain) From an order value of €79 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Zone 2 - 9.95 € (Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Vatican City) From an order value of €99 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Zone 3 - 11.95 € (Finland, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Switzerland) From an order value of €99 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Zone 4 - 12.95 € (Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greenland, Iceland, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine) From an order value of €120 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Zone 5 - 29.95 € (Algeria, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Russia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey) From an order value of €150 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Zone 6 - 34.95 € (Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mexico, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, USA, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen) From an order value of €250 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Zone 7 - 39.95 € (Angola, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Cameroon, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Paraguay, Peru, Senegal, Seychelles, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Venezuela, Zimbabwe) From an order value of €300 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges.
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 21 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
