2. Select your products
Choose the items you’d like to return.
Greyed-out or hidden products can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, e.g. our individually curated Discovery Set.
3. Choose refund or voucher
Decide whether you’d like your money back or a voucher instead.
4. Confirm address & choose shipping
Use a DHL QR code or your own shipping label.

All products from our online store that are covered by our money-back guarantee can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please make sure that you only return the products in their original, undamaged packaging.
When packing, please ensure that the parcel is properly sealed. If you use a different box, please make sure that it bears the same warning signs as the parcel you received from us.

Choose from individually customizable mini perfume sets or discover our curated fragrance sets with different selections. With the practical 5 ml mini perfumes, you can test several fragrances directly on your skin and find out how they develop throughout the day and which one suits you best.
For hygiene reasons, all mini perfume sets are excluded from returns.
Once you have found your new favorite fragrance, each of our perfumes is also available in a 55 ml bottle. For eligible Full Size perfumes, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies. Please note that the perfume may only be opened and sprayed for testing purposes, with approximately 2 to 5 sprays.

You may open our room fragrances and candles to test them. However, please make sure that the sticks included with the room fragrances and the wick of the candles remain unused. Failure to do so will invalidate the money-back guarantee for these products.
You can also return our candle wax, provided that the packaging is still unopened.
For hygienic reasons, our make-up articles and our body cream are excluded from the money-back guarantee.
Our aroma oils are covered by our money-back guarantee and can be returned to us. Please note that opening the aroma oils will void the money-back guarantee.
You have the option of returning the car fragrances to us. Please make sure that you return the entire set, including the unopened refills. Please note that opening the car fragrance refills will invalidate the money-back guarantee. This applies both to the set and to individually purchased refills.
You can return all purchased sets to us, provided they do not contain a product that is excluded from the money-back guarantee. Please note that the sets can only be returned to us in complete condition.
