ÉCLAT 727 ξεκινά με πιπέρι και νερολί. Αυτός ο πικάντικος-κιτρικός συνδυασμός στην αρχή αντικαθίσταται γρήγορα από μια κυρίαρχη, πούδρα ίριδας και πιο διακριτές νότες γερανιού και βιολέτας.
