Thank you for ordering from ÉCLAT. Your honest feedback helps us improve—and gives us an opportunity to thank you in return. Every month, we raffle off three vouchers worth €50 each for our shop among all customers who submit a review during the respective calendar month.
How It Works
- Go to the product you purchased and submit your review there.
- Enter your name and email address in the review form (or sign in via Facebook or Google).
- That's it—you will automatically be entered into the monthly giveaway.
- On the first business day of the following month, we will randomly select three winners and notify them by email.
Important: Every review counts—whether positive, neutral, or critical. Honesty is more important to us than star ratings.

Eligibility: All natural persons residing in one of our delivery regions (see https://eclat.eu/pages/shipping-policy) who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and have submitted a product review on eclat.de using a valid email address are eligible to participate.
Participation Period: The giveaway takes place monthly. The deadline for participation is the last day of each calendar month at 11:59 PM (CET/CEST). Reviews submitted after this time will automatically be entered into the giveaway for the following month.
Participation & Process: Participation is automatic upon submitting a product review on eclat.de and providing a valid email address. No separate registration for the giveaway is required. Each review submitted by a person within a calendar month counts as one entry in the giveaway.
Review Content: Participation is independent of the content of the review. It is explicitly not necessary to submit a positive review. Critical, neutral, and positive reviews have an equal chance of winning.
Verification: Only reviews from verified purchasers will be considered, meaning reviews for products that were actually ordered through the customer account. Reviews that are clearly abusive, offensive, unlawful, or unrelated to the product will be excluded from the giveaway.
Prize: Each month, 3 × voucher codes worth €50 each for the online shop at eclat.de will be awarded. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be used once. No minimum order value applies.
Winner Selection: The drawing takes place on the first business day of the following month. Winners are selected at random from all valid product reviews submitted in the shop during the previous month. The draw is conducted privately and not open to the public. Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days using the email address associated with their customer account. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, their claim to the prize will expire and a new winner will be selected.
Data Protection: To conduct the giveaway, we use the data already stored as part of your review and customer account (name, email address, and order reference). No additional data is collected. The data is used exclusively for administering the giveaway and will not be retained for this purpose beyond the completion of the respective monthly giveaway. Voluntary Participation: Participation in the giveaway is voluntary. If you would like to submit a review but do not wish to participate in the giveaway, simply send us a short message at info@eclat.de and we will manually exclude you from the drawing.
Early Termination & Changes: ÉCLAT reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, particularly if proper execution cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons.
Exclusion: In the event of violations of these terms and conditions, attempts to manipulate the giveaway, abusive reviews, or other unfair conduct, ÉCLAT reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway.
Legal Recourse: Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of prizes is not possible.
Applicable Law: The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
