Once you have decided on a new favorite fragrance, each of our fragrance twins is also available in a 55 ml bottle. If a perfume in this size does not meet your expectations and quality requirements, we offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please note that in this case the perfume may only be opened and sprayed for test purposes (2-5 sprays).
Did you know that our perfumes are made in Germany and contain 18% fragrance oil? This means that our more than 500 fragrance twins belong to the "Eau de Parfum" perfume category. You can find out more about perfume categories and the associated differences in quality in our blog.
You may open our room fragrances and candles to test them. However, please make sure that the sticks included with the room fragrances and the wick of the candles remain unused. Failure to do so will invalidate the money-back guarantee for these products.
You can also return our candle wax, provided that the packaging is still unopened.
For hygienic reasons, our make-up articles and our body cream are excluded from the money-back guarantee.
Both our aroma diffuser and unopened aroma oils are covered by our money-back guarantee and can be returned to us. Please note that opening the aroma oils will void the money-back guarantee.
You have the option of returning the car fragrances to us. Please make sure that you return the entire set, including the unopened refills. Please note that opening the car fragrance refills will invalidate the money-back guarantee. This applies both to the set and to individually purchased refills.
You can return all purchased sets to us, provided they do not contain a product that is excluded from the money-back guarantee. Please note that the sets can only be returned to us in complete condition.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
All products from our online store that are covered by our money-back guarantee can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please make sure that you only return the products in their original, undamaged packaging.
To benefit from our money-back guarantee, you can register the products via our returns portal within 30 days of purchase. After registering, you will receive a return slip, which you fill out and enclose with the package. For returns from Germany, you will also receive a return label for the outside of your parcel in a separate email. Please note, however, that a fee of €5 for the return shipment will be deducted from your refund amount. In this case, the return shipment is insured and can be tracked at any time via a tracking number. If you prefer to send your return yourself, please make sure that we can assign it correctly and register it with our customer service before sending it. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you the full value of the goods within 7 working days via the payment method you used.
