ÉCLAT 317 is an olfactory gift from the Orient. The scent is dark, smoky-spicy and very engaging. Fine incense and precious resins in all variations are the focus of this fragrance. Spicy, resinous and smoky, the fragrance invites you to explore the dark mysteries of the world. Citric notes of bitter orange, calamus and cypress make the start, enveloped in cold smoke. Then spicy, resinous notes of beeswax, papyrus, frankincense resin, amber, balsam, benzoin and labdanum develop. Above all stands the beguiling scent of the noble incense. Little by little, a wonderful interplay of oriental notes opens up to create an aphrodisiac masterpiece. Soft floral notes set bright accents in the dark-looking fragrance. Oud and vanilla in the base blend with the spice on the skin to create a feeling of security. This exquisite rarity is not a mirage in the scorching heat of the desert, it is real and breathtaking.

Ich hatte mich bei der Bestellung verklickt, na ja, Pech gehabt dachte ich. Dann das erste Mal den Duft aufgesprüht. Und: Bäääämmmm!
Wuchtig, schwer, Gewürze, von allem etwas. Süß, herb und dunkel. Man glaubt in einem orientalischen Gewürzbasar zu sein. Ich habe gehadert, liebe ich diese Wucht oder hasse ich sie. Ich habe den ganzen Abend an meinem Arm geschnuppert und beschlossen dass ich es absolut irre finde. Solch wuchtige Düfte macht sonst nur Tom Ford. Sahara Noir ist dem Éclat 317 sehr ähnlich. Und mich hat es auch an Western Valley Boulevard No 1881 erinnert, obwohl die Inhaltsstoffe komplett anders sind.
